In 2026, The BRIT Awards moved to Co-op Live in Manchester, introducing a new visual environment built around refracted glass, layered elemental worlds and vertical architectural panels.
The creative direction explored the feeling of looking through frosted panes into different spaces, presented with a premium and cinematic tone.
We were responsible for the sound design across the ceremony, spanning both the arena and the broadcast.
We created a restrained tonal palette, warm and analogue in character, with subtle glass-like textures that reflected the visual language of the show. The focus was on keeping the ceremony moving with purpose, allowing each transition to land cleanly without drawing attention to itself.
The system was applied across:
• Show idents
• Nomination packages
• Transitional builds between segments
Each element needed to feel connected to the wider creative world, guiding the audience from one chapter of the show to the next without distracting from headline performances or key award moments.
