Paramount Global marked the launch of Paramount+ in the UK and Ireland with a high-profile ‘Blue Carpet’ event at Outernet London, bringing together press, talent and guests for a star-studded debut.

Following interviews and celebrity arrivals on the open-air blue carpet, guests were taken inside Outernet to experience a fully immersive walkthrough environment. Using the venue’s large-scale digital screens and spatial audio system, the space was transformed into a bold, future-facing launch designed to immerse visitors in the world of Paramount+.

ON THE SLY was commissioned to create the immersive audio soundscape for the internal experience, working alongside Paramount Global and experiential agency Hello Charlie.

Our role was to design and deliver a bespoke soundscape that enhanced the visual environment and strengthened emotional connection to Paramount+ content.

Rather than treating sound as background, the audio was designed to support movement through the space, guiding attention and reinforcing the visual content as guests explored the installation. The soundscape was carefully balanced to complement the scale of Outernet’s screens while remaining clear and immersive within a busy, high-energy launch environment.

Working across music composition, sound design and mixing, we developed an audio layer that reinforced the visual storytelling of the launch while guiding how visitors experienced the space.

This project forms part of ON THE SLY’s body of work creating immersive and spatial audio experiences for installations, broadcast storytelling and large-scale experiential environments.
