ON THE SLY has occasionally developed small concept jingle packages designed to bring distinctive musical ideas into radio branding.
Rather than full station-wide libraries, these collections explore alternative approaches to on-air identity, using unexpected musical styles to create memorable moments between songs and show segments.
A short set of alternative-leaning jingles created for ALT 98.7 in Los Angeles.
Designed to complement the station’s alternative format, the package uses guitars, keyboards, music grabs, arrangements and contemporary production to deliver a raw, energetic sound that fits naturally within the station’s music mix while reinforcing the ALT brand.
A contrasting concept built around traditional choir harmonies and church organ.
Originally created for The Woody Show on ALT 98.7, the dramatic choral sound created humorous and theatrical introductions for show elements. The concept was later adapted for The Jeff O’Neil Show on C-FOX in Vancouver, where the choir style became a distinctive show signature.
