ON THE SLY created the soundtrack for a drone light show produced by Dronisos for a light festival in the Allier region of France.

The show told the story of the mysterious Zodiac column, bringing mythical characters and symbols to life through aerial choreography. We were tasked with composing a soundtrack that captured a sense of magical adventure, drawing on Celtic musical influences to evoke the folklore and history connected to the region.

Our composers developed a full orchestral score inspired by cinematic fantasy soundtracks, giving the piece an epic, mythic tone. Each character within the story was given its own musical theme, allowing the narrative to unfold through the music as the drone formations evolved in the sky.

Through layered orchestration, sound design and storytelling motifs, the soundtrack created a magical atmosphere for the audience, transforming the drone performance into a cinematic experience in the night sky.
